About us
Mitchell’s Gas Solutions provides gas, heating and plumbing services across Romford and East London. All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer (registration No. 651326), which you can verify on the Gas Safe Register.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are agreed before work starts. Where a fault cannot be diagnosed without inspection, we will explain any call-out or diagnosis charge up front. If additional work becomes necessary once a job is underway, we will explain it and agree the cost with you before continuing.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion of the work.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please give us as much notice as you reasonably can.
Workmanship and guarantees
All work is carried out to Gas Safe standards. Parts and appliances are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in your property or systems, or for faults unrelated to the work we carried out. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
