When you contact us through the website contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry. If you call or WhatsApp us directly, we see your phone number. We do not require you to create an account and we do not collect any other personal information through this website.
How we use your information
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, arrange and carry out work, and keep records of completed work — including gas safety records we are legally required to keep. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.
Legal basis
We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform that contract, to comply with legal obligations (such as gas safety record-keeping), and where we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your data. Limited data is processed by our service providers: Framer (website hosting and form submissions) and WhatsApp/Meta if you choose to message us on WhatsApp. Gas safety certificates may be shared where legally required (for example, with a landlord or letting agent who instructed the work).
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies required for it to function. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner will be added.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry details no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up work. Records of gas work, including gas safety certificates, are kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
